The carbon fiber shell and the EPS internal components were optimized using FEM techniques (Finite Element Analysis) to obtain an extremely high-performance helmet in terms of size, light weight, and protection. The result is a helmet that is significantly superior to the limits set by ECE standards and weighs just 1,275 g (refers to MS size in the ECE 2205 version).

The entire ventilation system was designed using computational fluid dynamic modeling and wind tunnel tests, making this helmet highly efficient at removing heat and moisture from the rider's head. Thanks to its large rear spoiler, the Pista GP boasts first-class performance in terms of aerodynamic penetration and high-speed stability. The visor aperture is 9% bigger, providing a 15-degree improvement in vision, which enhances the active safety factor.

The helmet features a 100% carbon fiber shell, with four shell sizes and five-density EPS developed in four sizes. The shell and EPS structure were designed to minimize rotational accelerations, and the helmet is FIM homologated. It has a collarbone-safe profile and a detachable PRO Spoiler, as well as race suit fitment.

The metal air vents and extractors (five front vents and two rear extractors) provide efficient cooling, while the scratch-resistant clear visor has a 190-degree horizontal field of view and an 85-degree vertical field of view. The 5mm thick visor is class 1 optical standard approved for excellent vision, and a 100% Max Vision Pinlock (120) is included.

The XQRS (Extra Quick Release System) allows for quick and easy visor removal and replacement, ensuring convenient access and maintenance. The helmet is DOT FMVSS No. 218 certified, ensuring it meets the required safety standards.
