The Assault Helmet from LS2 is constructed with a Kinetic Polymer Alloy (KPA) shell, a lightweight and strong composite material, and features a multi-density EPS liner in three shell sizes. The interior comfort liner is made of a high-tech fabric that wicks moisture, dries quickly, and is fully removable and washable. The pre-curved comfort pads are designed using LS2's 3D laser technology for all-day comfort and no hot spots.

The helmet is equipped with large, adjustable vents on the chin bar and at the top, working in conjunction with the rear spoiler and side venturi vents to offer adjustable, dynamic flow-through ventilation. The eye port is wide and accommodates an optically correct, Pinlock-ready faceshield (lens insert sold separately).

The Assault Helmet is DOT approved and meets the FMVSS 218 Standard, as well as the requirements imposed by the California Air Resources Board (CARB). The helmet is 50% Nylon and 50% Spandex, and is made in the USA.
